What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

I am happy to see more biological women in the Senedd representing the population providing they are biological women, and not those who identify as women. To understand and represent women honestly you should be a woman an adult human female. I do not accept or listen to any arguments from those born as male who try to represent a women’s view on life in Wales you have so much choice I. The population get out there and meet those women who will happily fight for the best needs of those you represent. Any women who is voted in should also be a valued member of society who can fight for the rights of all constituents male and female, while being a role model for young women and girls. The world is sick of the box ticking and virtue signalling and just want elected representatives to do their bloody job and make Wales the proud , economically stable and caring nation we know it can be. Build a better Wales without this woke bullshit or no one will vote anymore .

People are living in Poverty, people cannot get appointments and treatment from the NHs minimum wage jobs are not covering basic requirements to survive , working people rely on food banks . Shame on you all if you don’t make the changes necessary NOW. Get the best person for the job and stop ticking boxes.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

Tell the truth sex is sex there are only two . I identify as a millionaire with a pink Ferrari and a mansion . It doesn’t make it the truth . I still work 60 hours a week ensuring my business runs to enable my employees to pay their mortgages . Move o. To more important matters .

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

There are only 2 sexes and you cannot change sex.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

Yes more men will be appointed Into The senedd . If I was a man , I’d identify as a women and they believe it’s the easier route.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

Rubbish

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

This discussion should not even be taking place , the country is in a mess spend the money on more important things rather than ticking boxes.

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

No comment other than a total understanding of the equalities act the ECHR is often misrepresented and misinterpreted. You can’t cherry pick all lives matter and all humans should be treated with respect and given equal opportunity not positive discrimination, than will end in disaster get the right people for the job end of story.

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Only that it is all wasting energy and time and more importantly money. Women should be elevated when they are supported not just to tick a box . Childcare, wages, support, ambition , training and personal circumstances are the biggest barriers to women . Make changes there and good things will come.

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Women are women men are men stick to facts and everything will be fine.
